Building No. 3, a factory owned by Topcon Yamagata (Yamagata City, Yamagata Prefecture), the core manufacturing site of the Topcon Group, has achieved ZEB (Net Zero Energy Building) certification through state-of-the-art architectural design aimed at reducing environmental impact.

What is ZEB?
ZEB (pronounced “zeb”) is an abbreviation for Net Zero Energy Building. It refers to a type of building designed to achieve net zero energy consumption by reducing the amount of energy used within the building while maintaining a comfortable indoor environment.

Environmentally Conscious Facilities at Topcon Yamagata
