The Japanese government participated in activities for the development and utilization of electronic control points in Thailand through JICA’s technical cooperation project. Thailand is facing a serious social issue of labor shortages in the civil engineering and construction industries due to rapid aging. The Thai government is promoting the automation of practical work.
