Revision of the “TOPCON WAY”
Topcon revised the “TOPCON WAY” established in April 2011 and implemented a new “TOPCON WAY” on January 1, 2017.
The TOPCON WAY as the highest priority values to be incorporated into the business activities of everyone working in the Topcon group.
However, the WAY was necessary to revise in order to respond to our expanding business domains and the sudden changes occurring in our operating environment.
The new “TOPCON WAY” has been reconstructed by 7 traditional items. We changed the “Corporate Identity” to a simple and memorable expression and compiled “Management Policy” compactly into three items. By expressing it in plain form, all employees have understood this philosophy so that they can act concretely.
The Topcon group aims to be trusted by all stakeholders through each employee’s practice of a new “TOPCON WAY” and will also contribute to the creation of a rich society through solving societal challenges.
