{"id":11461,"date":"2025-10-08T08:54:50","date_gmt":"2025-10-07T23:54:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stage-wp-global.topcon.com\/invest\/?p=11461"},"modified":"2025-10-08T08:56:10","modified_gmt":"2025-10-07T23:56:10","slug":"notice-regarding-planned-delisting-and-board-composition-following-completion-of-privatization","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/global.topcon.com\/invest\/11461\/","title":{"rendered":"Notice Regarding Planned Delisting and Board Composition Following Completion of Privatization"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the meeting of the Board of Directors held today, Topcon Corporation resolved to convene an extraordinary general shareholders meeting to be held on November 11, 2025 (the \u201cExtraordinary General Shareholders Meeting\u201d) and submit to the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting the proposal for share consolidation and the proposal for abolition of the provisions on share units and partial amendment to the Articles of Incorporation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Subject to shareholder approval at the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting and the completion of prescribed procedures under the Tokyo Stock Exchange\u2019s delisting criteria, Topcon\u2019s shares are expected to be delisted as of December 2, 2025 (JST).
