Entry Restrictions Policy

In order to register for a Topcon / Autodesk Online Roadshow, you must agree to the entry restrictions as set out below.

1. Topcon / Autodesk Online Roadshow is not available for “restricted persons” defined on all applicable restricted party lists (see e.g. https://www.trade.gov/consolidated-screening-list and http://eeas.europa.eu/cfsp/sanctions/consol-list_en.htm, and https://www.meti.go.jp/policy/anpo/englishpage.html). By accepting the usage restrictions, you are confirming that you are not a restricted person under this definition.
   
2. The applicant for Topcon / Autodesk Online Roadshow agree NOT to export or transfer any Topcon technology you have learnt through Topcon / Autodesk Online Roadshow, to entities or persons in Iran, Syria, Cuba, North Korea, or Crimea Region of Ukraine.
   
3. The applicant for Topcon / Autodesk Online Roadshow confirm NOT to use Topcon’s items in activities involving missiles or unmanned air vehicles, nuclear explosive devices or nuclear propulsion projects, chemical or biological weapons which are regulated as WMD (Weapons of Mass Destruction) or any other prohibited end-use.
