The Topcon Group is promoting activities it describes as “TM-1” (Time to Market No. 1). These TM-1 activities are designed to bring continuously attractive, world-leading products to market the quickest. The activities aim to realize the speeding up of management by accelerating business in all divisions – from R&D and manufacturing to sales – through halving lead times while raising the quality of all business processes. Early examples of our success in these activities are the new products released recently.
